Born in Canada, raised in Arkansas, and schooled all over the world, Alexander has always carried a deep love for storytelling. As a child, Alexander would point the family video camera at his Star Wars figurines and yell "Action!" and "Cut!" with fervor. Whether it is on stage as an actor, behind the camera as a director, or capturing candid moments on his iPhone, Alexander loves and respects the art of telling a good story.
Alexander graduated from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln in 2011 with a BFA in Film & New Media and a BA in Theatre Performance. The combination of this training gives Alexander an ability to relate to actors, but also the technical wherewithal behind the lens. In 2015, Alexander's film 'The Bespoke Tailoring of Mister Bellamy' won the Grand Prize and Best Actor at the Louisiana Film Prize and has gone on to receive notoriety across the festival circuit, including the Academy-qualifying Cleveland International Film Festival. He founded Bespoke Works LLC with business partner Paul Petersen at the end of 2015 and together they seek to tell character-driven stories with heart.
